Really good Stay Near the Seafront
available parking helpful owner restful night
I found parking available near the front of the building. The owner, Murray, provided useful information. The room provided a restful night. Breakfast proved filling with various options available.
The bathroom felt small especially the shower space needed improvement.

The room included tea and coffee making facilities plus a kettle. Towels were provided in the modern bathroom. The beds featured lightweight quilts and comfortable pillows. The room was super clean upon arrival.

Murray greeted guests warmly and efficiently explained the breakfast service. He provided essential details regarding parking options. He offered clear instructions on check-in and expected arrival times prior to our arrival. Street parking availability was a positive aspect.

Breakfast offered many choices. Quality food was served. The location is good. It is about 5 minutes walk from the clock tower and pier.
The bathroom was small. Specifically the shower was a tight fit. The cold tap dripped. A lot of water ended up on the bathroom floor one evening.

great breakfast short walk spacious room
The breakfast was awesome, offering many choices! The location was excellent. It was a short walk to the sea. Our room was spacious and very clean. I really enjoyed that!

Excellent stay
friendly host clean accommodation breakfast selection smart tv
Murray greeted me and explained the facilities upon arrival. Breakfast offered many choices. I recommend this guest house. The room was super clean and very clean. There was a good selection of tea and coffee. I also had a coffee machine and a flatscreen smart tv.
The bathroom was too small. The shower was especially small. The cold tap kept dripping. One evening, there was a lot of water on the bathroom floor from the sink. I will suggest checking that before.

The location offers free parking. There is a gorgeous garden available for relaxation, appearing well kept. Breakfast included a large selection of cereals, fruit, yogurt, and bakery items. An English breakfast was available.

The room was quite spacious and included all necessary facilities. The bed was very comfortable. A smart TV allowed for easy viewing. The electric shower worked well. Plenty of plug sockets were available.

The beach is a short distance away. The bus and train station are also nearby. The location is convenient near the seafront. The b&b is in a good location for accessing local amenities. It is very accessible.
